Blowout member Chris Lyle is going to be taking over julu's team. I'm in a fantasy football league with Lyle, and he's very active and always open for trades, so I think he'll have a great time here and will really help improve the league. I doubt this will be an issue at all, but as a general disclaimer whenever someone new is joining a league, I always ask people to be sure not to send trade offers they know aren't good for him. I suggested he take a bit of time to understand the scoring system of everything before diving in, and I will be sending him some impartial tips on how the system is slanted, but the team is officially his and he's free to do as he pleases

As for HOF, I've decided to give him one more shot at things in 2019. If his involvement improves, great, if not and we want to replace him, then we'll do so at the end of the season. He's aware of all that and is in agreement, so I think we're all set there

It looks like we're good to go on the member front now. The only hesitation I have is bshea since he's so hard to contact, so we'll see if he pays up or not in February when I sent out buy in information. If he does, cool, if not we'll find a replacement quick and get them on board
