Im not arguing there arent leagues that you candraft whoever you want but i will tell you that ive done dozens of dynasty leagues over the last 25 years and have never seen one where you can draft international players in a minor league draft.

. I'm in one where we do, it's fun. Makes you scout internationally and you get to learn a little more about the playing styles etc and get a better appreciation for the game.
