Sending Completed Sales information during negotiation
With cards being so dynamic in pricing and values being difficult to estimate, I've found that offers from buyers and prices from sellers are frequently far apart. As both a buyer and seller, I've seen people in these scenarios include links to completed listings to validate their offer/price as a fair one. Do you guys see this as unnecessary, smart, or rude?
