For those looking to keep track to the results, I highly recommend the NY Times tracker. They do a great job of getting the numbers in as they come in, and you can compare to the 2012 map to see just how well (or not so well) the candidates are doing to elections past.

I'll be tossing updates in compared to 2012 and poll results this year to give a broader picture on where this race is likely going ... 150 minutes to exit polls.
