I do, and appreciate the effort, though I believe the approach of fighting fire with fire is an exercise in futility. The High Road is the road less traveled for a reason. The discourse here has deteriorated to a state of near disrepair. Name calling, ego shots, schoolyard rhetoric, etc.
Compromise is the crux of democracy. If we can't discuss the issue du jour civilly as private citizens, what right do we have to expect any better from the legislative stewards we've elected?
The admissions fee for entrance into a great and free society is tolerance for a plurality of opinions and beliefs, some of which you may oppose diametrically.
