Awesome replies here. Everyone has made great points. I think each of these cards have big pros and big cons.
84 Star -
Pro: There is a very limited supply available compared to the 86 Fleer
Con: It's overshadowed by the 86 Fleer which is the most iconic card in the hobby.
86 Fleer-
Pro: Most iconic card in the hobby
Con: There's thousands and thousands of them out there
06/07 Fleer buyback auto-
Pro: There was only 23 made and it's his auto'd rookie
Con: As others have mentioned, there's a certain niche for a card like this and it doesn't necessarily appeal to everyone since that's not how the card was originally released
In the end, only time will tell and it will be interesting to revisit this thread in a few years.
