I'm not trying to knock your practices; I just work with companies that do social media background checks, and monitor it constantly.
There have been multiple instances of people losing their jobs over comments about customers on facebook, or for using derogatory words (racist, homophobic, etc.) in the past 4-5 years, so it's well known.
I agree with what you said, but still...it's out there. Keep the bullsh.it to yourself, imo; the internet doesn't lie.
