Apparently shes the new CS manager as David Sharp moved up in the business..

She does not know what she is doing.

I gave her a player replacement (KAT) for a long overdue Kobe auto /10

"One second, let me ask if they can do that person"

"I can offer you a Karl Anthony Towns card because i know you really wanted your kobe redemption card badly"

I asked what kind of KAT card?

Once again she says "One second let me ask "

Few minutes later..

" Hi, sorry for the wait. The card is a rookie card. with an on card signature"

Cmon lady!!!
