PSA9 and SGC9 aren't basically the same price that I can see. You look at something like a Wemby 2023 Prizm base and a PSA9 sells for 40% more if you ignore outliers. It just looks closer in price...

8 is too high. SGC and PSA sell for pretty comparable amounts into the mid-grade range, around 5 or so. The higher the grade, the more that PSA pulls ahead.
