I sent my first order ever to BGS a week or so ago and finally just used the paper sheet to submit. It was a one card express and they received it just fine so the paper definitely works.

I kinda doubt they are clearing a full days worth of submissions per day, just the stragglers that are still left at those dates. It’s gonna get worse before it gets better with the more recent subs.
