Probably his 2013 BBM cards. There's a hitting and pitching variant as well as some foil variants. For frame of reference, Ichiro's 1993 BBM is a pretty big card and his most well known Japanese RC.

PSA qualifiers are generally seen as the qualified number grade minus two. So a qualified 7 is generally considered a 5.

Personally I would not get qualifiers.

This is simply incorrect. Many many 90s cards especially around '95 and later can have tons of value. PMGs, rare inserts, refractors, etc.

Do it. Life is short. I ripped a 2019 double rip card and got the Trout SP (And the Piazza lol) less value than the unripped card but no regrets, the Trout was a sweet pull.
