I doubt that was a reason for his terrible hitting, cortisone shots solve the pain problem but it's not a long term solution. It's not his throwing arm so it shouldn't have been the issue.

I'm not so sure about this. The plan in the postseason has always been to attack Judge in the strike zone. His OBP is 100 points lower in the postseason.
