Yeah they started grouping the auto/relics with the base cards just last year. Cards with auto/relics chances have $11.99 pricing compared to $8.99 without them. And the chrome parallels for high PRs...

Just went up. Man that's disappointing - only 5 relics, 1 auto relic outside of the normal parallels. At least the PR will be pretty massive, so we'll get more chances at additional chrome parallels.

Yeah that and also the auto lotteries really suck - 16 autos that raise the price of the base card to $12 and bulk to $8.5. At least today's auto lottery for Cal Raleigh has additional relics to /49....

Yeah disappointed as well. Topps definitely knows what they're doing, as the print run will be higher. I'm going back and forth on buying a 20 pack but I think I'm going to pass.

So are they just doing the 20 count for $130 for highly touted prospects or will they phase it in for everyone else in the near future? Only Holliday has that price again for today's cards.

Yeah that's pretty massive. I think we all expected another increase, but not $130. Guessing another increase to $150 or more down the line isn't out the question.
