I figured out the solution to this just recently....

I figured out the solution to this just recently. You can download a random QR code reading app and scan the QR code, then the correct code will appear which you can copy and paste. Works 100%

Thanks, they reversed the one he listed, but did not reverse the other one because the package never show "delivered". I actually need to educate the lady how to see the serial number, the patch, etc...
