Maybe I've just gotten lucky, but it's never been this wonky for me -- I've always gotten a confirmation email within one week and a Job ID shortly thereafter. But thanks for the insights either way!

They've actually been sending me "received"...

They've actually been sending me "received" emails (not logged/invoiced, just "received") within one week of confirmed delivery up until now, but good to know!
