what exactly is pack fresh mint? Does that differ at all from mint? Would you not want it if it had been out of the pack for too long?

Great price OP. You should be able to find plenty at that price.

Pack fresh mint means that the cards have no corner/edge wear with a clean surface with no white showing on edges Ect.
