My wife is watching One Tree Hill on Netflix

I'd ask for my eyes to be gouged out but they don't look bad. The problem is that they are talking.

Possibly the worst show I have ever seen.

Highroller 10-21-2015 11:52 AM

I had to watch the entire series with my wife...

NETFLIX will be bringing back GILMORE GIRL... 6 special episode.

death2redemptions 10-21-2015 02:33 PM

I watch One Tree Hill & Gilmore Girls all the time but not because of a wife or girlfriend but because I'm a candy arse suburbanite who can't get laid.

I couldn't do it, She would put One Tree Hill on or Veronica Mars and I had to get out of there for a few hours.

The only one I could watch with her was Charmed, because of Alyssa Milano:D

You haven't learned yet the male skill of zoning out any kind of sound from a woman's voice

I had a moment of weakness and actually listened to what was being talked about. One girl asked "who's the old lady" about another woman right in front of her. Later a really hot girl called another hot girl "not pretty enough."

So, you know, totally authentic female conversations.

Reminds me when my wife watches Sex and the City. Absolutely atrocious. Knew the show was phony when not one, but two guys were vying for Sarah Jessica Parker.

My wife now has the courtesy to watch it in another room. :)!

ilovethelakings 10-21-2015 07:48 PM

Could be worse. Could be Switched at Birth or Parenthood. BLEH!

I liked One Tree Hill. Just going to say it. It was dumb, but whatever. I liked most of the music so that helped, but teenage drama is fun.

tnarg 10-22-2015 12:52 PM

I didn't get to watch one tree hill til they were out of high school. After Dan had already killed his brother.

So I watched like the last 4-5 seasons with my wife. I liked that show. Wish I had started it from the beginning.

Now is your chance. Netflix has it all.

You miss Hog, don't you?

The cashier at rite aid said I looked like someone from One Tree Hill. I was like hey yo, just because I'm an older man buying repacked baseball card products doesn't mean that I deserve to be disrespected at the rite aid.

I was also buying a heating pack for my back and mucinex.

My wife used to watch it. I remember one scene vividly. Dan was waiting in the hospital for a new heart for a transplant. The hospital worker came in carrying the heart in a styrofoam cooler. Hospital worker trips and some random dog that is in the hospital for some reason eats the heart! No one says anything. A couple of characters nod at each other. Maybe the dumbest thing I've ever seen on TV. Here it is for your viewing pleasure:
