This is a good case, but it still looks like he will lose money on the case. How can you make money on this stuff, besides pulling a shield...

You can't on a rip and flip which is why you need to do some prospecting and hold some things if you think a couple of the "give away guys" of the current market have a future. If you're ripping and flipping EVERYTHING these days in the hopes of making money you're just pissing in the wind every 99 out of 100 cases.

I would take the Triple autos of 3 certain HOFs over Sanchez at anytime. That's is not even Sanchez "real" RC.
