Blake Griffin/Magic Johnson Dual Auto? Any thoughts on value?

I've got this card and honestly have no idea how to value it. Anyone have any ideas what it would be worth if I wanted to sell/trade it? Thanks for the help!

I'm not too sure on value either, but I would LOVE a shot at buying it if you ever figure it out :)!

I might throw it up on eBay with a high BIN and Best Offer and see what kind of offers come through. Not sure of any other way to figure it out. It's only worth what someone is willing to pay...that's what my Dad taught me.

I bought this card approx. 2 years ago in my quest for a master set of 09-10 Contenders (still 10 cards shy) and I paid about $600 for a raw version. Hope this helps. I also got the Kobe/Blake dual auto /25 for about $900 and then the price on those dropped to about $600 :(

weird pairing, but sick card obviously. I'd say $250-$300

I'd say $200-$300.

Yea about $200.

both #32, :)!

Its over $300, I think everyone is a little low

est89detlions 02-07-2013 06:40 PM

$300 + IMO...yeah both #32 & it was a 30 year anniversary 1979-2009

I also think $300 is a little low, not just because I paid a boatload more either. They were paired because they were both #1 overall picks to LA teams. Jersey #32 is just an added bonus. These are only /10 so I would have to think the scarcity alone of a dual Blake, Magic auto would increase the value not to mention Blake's rookie year as well.

Yeah, I would say 300+ for it. That's Blake's rookie year right??

I'm going to to against the grain here and say its about $200-250 max.

A somewhat undesired set, both sticker autos, design is so-so.

Dual auto's, even rookie year, never do that well in comparison to solo autos unless it's Kobe/MJ/Durant/etc.

BGS 9 doesn't really help much ... might in fact hurt a bit in swaying away a buyer/bidder who doesn't touch graded cards.

Yes it's rookie year, but it's an insert set ...

Also, two different color inks ... sounds lame ... but I guarantee you it matters to some buyers.

Just wanted to state my opinions for my pricing opinion.

I'd say about 350 but above is right, duals never do that well, its kinda sad, i think they should as rare as they usually are and the unique pairings are usually cool... sometimes they are really dumb though Chauncey Billups 2006 07 Rookie Debut Draft Duos Dual Auto SP 25 Pistons | eBay
