As the resident JBJ supercollector, pretty cool to see him accept the 2012 Minor League Defensive Player of the Year award at Fenway during pre-game ceremonies. .973 fielding percentage and only 7 errors in 260 chances! Not too shabby... his offensive numbers aren't too bad either:

.315BA, 90 runs, 42 doubles, 63 RBIs, 24 SBs, .430 OBP, .911 OPS

He was named Red Sox Minor League Defensive player of the year, not for the entire league.
