2001 Sealed Box Purchases! Pujols Rookies?
 

I need a little help before I purchase some boxes.

Have a chance to buy some 2001 Fleer Focus and 2001 Upperdeck Sweet Spot sealed hobby boxes. I was doing some research and from my understanding you can’t actually pull a Pujols RC from either of these boxes? It seems they made them but they were inserted into other sets? Maybe I am miss understanding so looking for some guidance.

I don’t plan to open them but want to buy boxes with the chance at pulling a pujols RC. I know they have Ichiro as well but some primarily buying for pujols.

That is correct..the Pujols Fleer Focus can be found in 2001 Fleer Platinum and the Sweet Spot in 2001 Rookie Update

Thanks for the confirmation! That’s kinda what I had gathered in my research. Still might pick up the sweet spot boxes since they are just cool.

Still have some leaf limited and Rookies & Stars BB cases from 2001 direct acct
Then have been in my warehouse since 2001. I’m holding another 4-5 years on these. Very limited amount of 2001 sealed cases left in marketplace

That awesome. I have my single Leaf Limited box I purchased last summer. Been picking up a lot of the 2000-2005 year stuff recently from a seller on FB. Have a couple 2001 Bowman Boxes coming from him this week.
