This is the third thread I've created regarding Steven Tormollan. I've done this due to try to highlight and emphasize all the new players and eBay accounts that are now involved.

Buyer beware of eBay accounts [SIZE="5"][B]probstein123[/B], [B]tntnorthnj[/B], [B]dcsports87[/B], [B]dcsportsconsignment[/B] [SIZE="1"](unaffiliated with dcsports87)[/SIZE], and [B]nancyyo[/B][/SIZE] which Steve Tormollan is using to shill bid and sell the following fraudulent items:

[SIZE="4"][B]-Trimmed cards, primarily graded by PSA
-Fake Patches
-Fake Autographs that are intended to appear as legitimate pack-pulled specimens
-Backdoored Flair Legacy Collection cards missing the player's stamped name on the back
-Altered serial numbers (usually to change the serial number to the player's jersey number or to make a "fake" 1/1) [/B][/SIZE]

In addition to the fraudulent nature of the cards, Steve is also bidding on his own items using the follow combinations:

The dcsportsconsignment and nancyyo accounts are run by Steve himself. The balance are consignment services that he uses.

Unlikely, but if eBay is still reviewing their decision to welcome back probstein, maybe these additional examples will help.

I’m glad PSA still can’t detect trimmed cards! Wow. New PSA certs with trimmed cards in them. They are the worst.

If you guys bought JSA stickered auto items from [B]probstein123[/B] in the past, double check those.

In 2024, I won this autographed photo that had a JSA sticker on it. I received a JSA COA card from the seller. At the time, I checked the COA/sticker cert number online on the JSA site, and it showed auto authentication. Here are pics.

I then sent it to PSA/DNA, but it was rejected for auto authentication. After that, I contacted JSA, and sent them the photo back, which prompted a local JSA rep to call me and tell me about this item being part in a likely memorabilia fraud that targeted JSA. JSA has since voided the certification. See pic.

Great work. Seems like a buyer civil action is the right response.

Amazing work as always and unbelievable to continue to see shills, fake autos/patches. Clearly eBay and these large companies won’t take any action unless they’re forced to through legal channels … but even then, another group just pops up and carries the fraud.

The influx of new collectors in the hobby is only a good thing if they stay and see the positive aspects of the hobby. But once they get burned it stings for a long time and likely why they leave the hobby.

It just doesn't seem like all these big players care all that much about being continually outed anymore. There's just too much easy money to be had if you are a scumbag in this industry/hobby.

Screw these scammers and fraudsters.

Who owns dcsports87, might be time to out them as well.

The fact that a high-value Mahomes rookie card with a fake patch was able to get a PSA 10 grade is pretty damning.

Would you care if you were them? The bad guys continue to win in this hobby. It's wild to think how much money gets funneled to scammers and fraudsters. It's almost like fraud is the status quo -- not the exception.

Fine work again. Those 2009 Ultimates are so easy to spot fake patches. If there is a huge logo patch it is a fake.

I’m looking forward to seeing how many of these cards turn up at the Burbank West Coast Card Show in a few weeks.

It’s such a shady hobby, filled with sketchy carnival barkers and con artists.
