Rank of players by average card value
 

Curious if anyone has seen or has a list of say the top 20 vintage players by average card value/cost. I know there is no perfect way to assess average value/cost, but interested in rough ranks. Even better would be to compare prices to historic WAR or another metric to view whose most undervalued etc.
