We will see if Cal Raleigh suffers the home run derby curse. Not a fan of the event at all but I do like the All Star Game in general.

I have Raleigh on my fantasy team this year and it’s my fear the derby will negatively affect him the rest of the way.

ESPN already ran a story disproving the HR Derby "curse". I'm too lazy to look it up to link it but the gist of it is that there is no statistical evidence that the home run derby screws anyone up in the second half, even if you could point to a player or two whose production did in fact decline substantially.
