Are you bothered by cars parked against the flow of traffic?
This is starting to happen with greater frequency in my neighborhood. How do you feel about it?
|
It is illegal in a lot of areas to do it. Happens in front of my office all the time and it is dangerous.

I don’t understand the question. We park in our driveways.

It's a very simple question. |

...from a very simple OP :coffee: |
Annoys me
Not to the point of irrational anger that would lead to confrontation (or the chicken poo alternative of anonymously reporting them to the police) Just makes me roll my eyes and automatically assume the people in my neighborhood that I see doing it are lazy, stupid, or both. |

*parks with windshield wipers on high, radio full blast, and rims with more scuffs than a Joe Niekro game used ball* |

That's entirely possible. Of course, not all of us live where streets are paved and have names. |

If you weren't such a NN you would understand I was subtly expressing my disappointment in the poll options. :coffee: |
The neighborhood I live in is odd with 2-5 residences per property. The place I live in is accessible from the alley…both the garage and the yard entrance is there. The mail box of course is on the street address. When I come home from work I pick up the mail. The street is narrow with parking only on one side, and I am always entering from the north while parking also faces that way. So I park against traffic to pick up my mail.
I have gotten bewildered looks as well as some angry looks for doing this. Makes no sense as I am not causing any issue. Of course this is the same neighborhood where nits put letters on your windshield when people park in front of their house. Morons really. They knew how dense the neighborhood was when they moved here(the place I live in was built in 1906). The irrationally angry need to get over their irrationality. |
What neighborhoods do you people live in? This is straight to jail if you did it around me

Everyone but us I guess. |
I don't care. As long as they don't hit me, my family, my car and other possessions, I'm fine with it.
|
I actually saw it the other day down the block. Odd? Yes. Does it bother me? IDGAF
|
What about those that back into parking spots? Always feels like it’s their first time doing it. So much fun :).
