Talk about thrown into the fire! He gets to face the Yankees in his major league debut.

The stuff is electric. A fastball that hits triple digits that is his 2nd best pitch.

I can't wait to see the game. I just hope he's able to put the distractions aside and not try too hard. His only weakness can be leaving pitches over the plate when he needs to throw a strike (like Hunter Greene struggled with early on). If he avoids that, he'll be dominant from the start.

I know player threads for pitchers die on the vine, but I thought I'd try anyway.

Don't forget about Lowder when he gets back. And I still think Chase Petty will be a top 2 or 3 starter one day.

My hope is they use Petty or Singer or Lodolo in a package to pick up another OF bat at some point. Overall the rotation looks strong for the next few years. And cost controlled too.

My girls hit one of his cards somewhere. I hope he ends up being a legend! :)!
