CRC missing from Reholder page
 

I have a slab with an incorrect label and was sent the CRC information to return it. Unfortunately the CRC option has been removed from the Reholder submission page. Anyone else experiencing this? Does anyone know where it might've moved to?

I emailed PSA with information about the missing option, and all I got back was a form letter telling me to email the request center for a CRC request.

You will not see the option until PSA makes it available to your account. You must complete the CRC Request (Label Correction) first and have it approved. They will send instructions, turn on the option, and then you can complete the order.

Thanks, but I did have it approved which is why I was attempting to create the order to send it back.

Finally heard back from PSA. They claim it was a glitch and a log out/in fixed it.
