SAGE Football customer service thinks it's 1990
We all know SAGE cards are worthless but I enjoy watching breaks online to see just how awful the cards are. But what makes them more awful is their customer service inquiries method.
On the box it says: For customer service inquiries please contact: Sage Collectibles 1234 N. Santa Fe Ave, STE 118-140 Vista, CA 92083 Please include a note explaining the issue and the returned cards (if any) and proof of purchase No email but they have an X account that hasn't had a post this year (2025) and scrolling the SAGE X account I saw couple of people who did buy their stuff post questions and were completely ignored. They obviously are making it as annoying as possible to get help, assuming no one would actually waste their time to write them thus avoiding many replacement cards that may be dinged as well as any other issues. What a slimy company for having that policy. |
It honestly amazes me that this product still exists.

It amazed me that people waste hours of their lives watching breaks of products that they claim they don't like. Not a big fan of Sage myself, but I AM a fan of flipping them for big profits- I'm looking at you Jayden Daniels, Kurtis Rourke, & Tommy Cutlets, and most recently Tyler Shough- bought A BUNCH of their cards for dirt cheap and flipped at 10X,- 20X profits. :) |

Competition creates a higher quality which is what occurred from roughly the mid 90’s to the mid 00’s. The Sage from the early years has no business being discussed to the garbage that is produced today. |
People who buy Sage and Leaf and Bowman (and new Topps unlicensed) deserve what they get when they go to sell the cards.

+1 +100
If you mean profits thanks I’m happy to flip ‘em all and make profits. Your posts are dumb |
How is this worse than Panini not answering the phone or emails and allowing redemptions to sit for a decade?
|
SAGE is only made to put in those awful mystery boxes.

Because Panini is transparent enough to at least make their customer service phone numbers & emails public. And keep up a fairly regular presence on social. If they do end up ignoring you, you have every outlet to hound them. With Sage, you have to keep writing letters and mailing those in. I'd have to think that is very different. |
