Chain Store Pizza

Say you absolutely have to get pizza. Your only option is one of the national chains listed.

What are you picking?

coltsnsox07 10-25-2024 10:47 PM

Dominos, because I'm straight edge I'm used to self denial, in this case denying myself of really good pizza.
It's fast and pretty cheap, there's a 'Wisconsin 6 cheese' pizza that's kinda good on thin crust.

Bosoxfan5990 10-25-2024 10:50 PM

Papa John’s slaps.

Cracktoast 10-25-2024 10:52 PM

Gotta go Litle Caesar I mean don't get me wrong Domino's and Pizza Hut are good but they aren't 300% better. Can't ever go wrong with a $5 or $6 Hot N Ready and the Crazy Bread is a game changer.

majestik101 10-26-2024 01:04 AM

I worked at Little Caesar's for about a year during high school in the late 80's. It was so much better back then. I'll still go Little Caesar's if moneys tight. Best value for the money imho

quackhead 10-26-2024 03:32 AM

Round Table but they are so expensive.

patchgenie 10-26-2024 01:10 PM

hungry Howie's with the flavored crust is the best. I don't live near one anymore.

jet's is really bad

Round table by a country mile. Expensive but well worth it.

Never seen a Marcos, Jets, or Hunts Brothers..I'm guessing East coast or up North.

smanzari 10-26-2024 02:49 PM

If I don't hit one of the local/regional spots, I'm 100% getting Little Caesar's - been my favorite chain store pizza for as long as I can remember

Are you at Pizza Hut now?

YellowLedbetter 10-26-2024 02:52 PM

I just kid you because you are a moron.

no10pin 10-26-2024 03:53 PM

Marco's is great, that triple pepperoni one is awesome.

If I had the option, I wouldn’t pick any of those. I guess Papa John’s which we’ve had twice in town and both times they lasted less than a year. 1st time the manager stole a bunch of money, 2nd time the employees would hang out in the back getting high while no pizzas got made. I had it once the 2nd time, took over an hour to get a pizza and it horrible. Never went back. I would eat a cardboard box from any good pizza place over eating Little Cesars. I’d take CiCi’s over that, at least they have creative stuff on the buffet.

I used to get Hungry Howie's when I was going to school in the Navy in Pensacola. I could get 2 humongous howie's and a 2 liter bottle of soda and that would last for days. Got to save that perdium money for better things. :)!

awz50 10-27-2024 11:23 AM

Jets.

Little Caesars Hot N Ready Pepperoni Pizzas are $7.99 now.

Dominos has coupons for $7.99 One Topping Pizzas everyday.

49ersSF 10-28-2024 09:44 PM

Round Table and its not even remotely close.

Bummer you have to travel a long ways to get it :(

yeah for years I've gotten 2 Dominos 2-topping pizzas for under $20. Also Dominos to me has been the best at being reheated and still tasting real good as leftovers

jcmel323 10-29-2024 12:49 AM

I'm poor so pizza is a must maybe 1 per 5-7 weeks.
Pizza is the only fast food I eat though. Maybe Wendys once every 8 months.
Everything is home made for me.

My vote goes to Dominos.

Jet’s Pizza, Hunt Brothers, Hungry Howie’s, Papa Murphy’s and Round Table doesn't exist here.

Marcos and Papa John are kinda high for the purpose of saving money.

Lot of competition lately between dominos and little ceasars. Medium size pizza for $6-8

Quake1028 10-29-2024 07:32 AM

Around my way: Howie's > Papa John's > Domino's > Marco's > Hut

majestik101 10-29-2024 10:52 AM

I haven't eaten Pizza Hut in a decade+, is it still as God awful as I remember?

bblair_2002 10-29-2024 10:54 AM

The nearest one is over 20 miles away. I would rather go without than have Pizza Hut. Had Domino's once but that was over 30 years ago and don't remember what it tasted like, and never had Little Caesar's. The other choices aren't in my area.

Agree 100%....their Crazy Bread is amazing.
