Spoke with her on the phone. Have the Black #/25 of the card as well. I told her I would sell them in a lot. Says she is going to submit the information to producers. Was told Rick Harrison is the final decision maker.

I am a fan of the show so I would definitely go on.

Only concern is it would be a low ball offer. It is a pawn shop so would probably have to take less than what I could get somewhere else. Even at Goldin.

I am not sure I have ever seen anyone sell a card on there and I have seen most episodes.

I'd be wary. According to Wikipedia, they are on their 23rd season, not 19th, which a casting producer should know.

I think they just like interesting things on there. I am not sure these cards would make the cut. They are CR7 rookie cards and the black rarely surfaces. Everyone knows CR7. So maybe they would make the show.

I come from a world of collecting concert posters and modern art posters and I've known a few people get asked by Pawn Stars to come on with their ebay listings.

Grateful Dead stuff, Sherard Fairey posters, etc.

The thing that stood out to me, they came off as super green / not experienced in the space and appeared to overpay. Shoulda called in their guy.

Seen them overpay for stuff as well.

Part of me believes they buy stuff just to put on a show. Even if they overpay.

Could be a rare selling opportunity.

It's possible they don't want the card they just want the content. But sounds like it would be fun and a way to get on TV

I have been told, but don't know for a fact, that the deals are actually made before any TV is filmed. What we see on TV is a staged event....contracts are given where participants sign a NDA.
