Can someone please explain why these two 1/1 are identical?
I own both copies and submitted the one that is in the PSA holder. I just don’t get it as they seem identical to me. Notably in border color as well. Thanks

Could be that a second card is produced in case of damage and instead of disposing, the card Backdoored its way into the market?
I had a rookie card of Heath Schuler that had 0001/???? That had to be caught in proofing but it reached the market. It was the only error card in a large print run that reached the market. People don’t want to dispose cards that are created because they are unique. If you have both copies, it’s a good chance that one of them was suppose to be disposed of. |
Considering Topps is up to 3 copies of 1/1 in Bowman this year I take all these 1/1 cards with a grain of salt
