Recently watched Hannie Caulder a few weeks ago. She was both beautiful and a pretty good actress too.

Agreed. |
Yeah, she'll be missed. If she was ever in a subtitled movie you'd never know what anyone was saying because you couldn't take your eyes off her in a scene.
Heck anyone remember 'Mother, Jugs and Speed'... |
The bizarre "Myra Breckinridge" from 1970 remains a favorite of mine, and oh, that red, white, and blue bikini she wore in it!
Rest in peace, Raquel... |

Legendary
Oh hell yes! |
Absolutely stunning, even in her twilight years.
I guess it's finally time to give up on the teenage crush I had on her. RIP Raquel. Sent from my SM-G975U using Tapatalk |
What say you Fuzzy Britches?
RIP |
Welch also tried out for part of Mary Ann on Gilligan's Island
Guess when you would have been hotter then the "Movie Star" actress you could not be cast as the country girl. She helped get Andy Dufresne out of Shawshank.

That would be Rita Hayworth in the book and movie, but this poster would've worked, too. |

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Yes, it was Rita, Marilyn, and finally Raquel. Watched Fantastic Voyage not too long ago. They didn't give her many lines in that one unfortunately. |

An extensive, highly curated collection |

Rest in peace, Raquel...
I read the movie summary. Is this right? So she was a he but had surgery. Then fell for some girl, raped her old man and hooked up with her? That's some crazy stuff for 1970. One of the all-time bombshells that's for sure. |
Yeah, it's some heavy satire based on the then-recent novel by Gore Vidal. Co-starring with Raquel, of all people, is film critic Rex Reed, and it also has appearances from young Tom Selleck and Farrah Fawcett, many years before "Magnum, P.I." or "Charlie's Angels".
It's got this narrative device throughout it that underscores what characters are saying or feeling with quick jump-cuts to classic movies, and it's believed, that beyond the controversial subject matter, the rights issues regarding those snippets are what made the movie nearly impossible to get on home media (VHS/DVD) for decades. |
Yes, thank you, I'd forgotten there were additional posters after Rita as time went by. |

Welch. She should have played Ginger! RIP |
