This could potentially be huge.

Every time we're proven right I just remember back to when the Circle Jerk Society's highest members would piss and moan that we were conspiracy theorists, we were jealous, poor, mad because we ddin't buy in early to cash out later, etc. Some one has to have a screen shot here, I'm guessing auburn will have one. I could've sworn someone mentioned this card to me recently, or I read about it in passing before I had to get on a call and totally forgot. |

If you are talking about the nat turner PSA thing, it was covered in the baseball thread (psa made me cry today) with pictures of the Jordan missing a fairly large piece. |

Some of the points he made after mentioning the grades made my ears perk up. Well oiled machine to make PSA look good while trashing competitors. |
Awesome, just saw the pic. Wow - that is really bad.
As for the Kaboom / hologram thing, the sentiment still applies. Since I never got into breaking it's not something I paid attention to, but the loaded boxes thread certainly has traction. The people who called it, called it correct. If there's money to be made, expect corruption. |

Egregiously bad!!!!!!!!! He was blasted on twitter and deleted the whole thing. |
With no bias, if this is the MJ card missing a piece of the surface, that's something that looks like it got stuck during the sonic sealing and the employee pulled it out tearing it off. Nobody in the right mind is sending that card in knowing the damage. As for the corners, it's a die-cut card. From my experience, usually corners have a slight bend in them. But yeah, this was posted a few days ago, why another post?

This is the card

The other thread is on the baseball forum. If you're referring to the video itself, it's a different video. Also, whether it was sent in like that, or not, isn't the point. The point is it's missing a part of the surface and it was graded as a 10. Real bad look. If it was submitted in that condition, then the situation is even worse. |
I would give the benefit of the doubt and say it's QA Check 1 and 2 that failed, not the grading - ASSUMING something happened during the process of encapsulation which caused the damage. But who knows...
It wouldn't be that hard and it would go a long way if Nat would just post again about it, geez. |

SCR really drove the point home about the well oiled machine, one stop shop to grade, hype/pump and then dump. |
Only the Nat nut huggers thought it would be good to have him involved. He’s always seemed like a wank to me.

Most of these guys, whether it's Nat, or CL, or any of their buddies aren't going to respond to anything other than curated questions at this point. You know, because of "the mob" here on BO. |

Or is it? https://www.blowoutforums.com/showthread.php?t=1349830&page=7 |
Anybody remember Nat incessantly bitching about PSA's ridiculous upcharge system back when he was a mere mortal clecter and not the sonically sealed H.N.I.C?
I do. |
Or is it?
https://www.blowoutforums.com/showthread.php?t=1349830&page=7
Yes? I don't see any evidence that this is tangibly different than any other mappable product that has been produced throughout the history of the trading card industry. |

https://www.blowoutforums.com/showpost.php?p=18522704&postcount=25 I mean, you just posted this same exact moronic take a few days ago... using your condemnation of why another post... why say the same stupid thing again? |
Abra,
Knowing PSA's history of deleting problems (All the PWCC articles are still missing from the PSA website), I did save a screen shot of the tweet. Conveniently, the overlooked/ignored damage is still noticeable. |
SCR has some decent content, by my goodness the guy has to try and make everything so overly dramatic.
Is it possible for the SCR guy to slow down, and just talk like a regular person? I can't watch his stuff because of how obnoxious and dramatic he makes everything. |

I mean, you just posted this same exact moronic take a few days ago... using your condemnation of why another post... why say the same stupid thing again?
No need to invest your feelings into this situation. It's not healthy. Someone already pointed it out like a mature individual that it was posted in the baseball forums. As for my opinion, it's clearly not a normal occurrence for something so blatantly obvious to be missed by graders. Which leans towards the damage more than likely occurring afterwards. In that following processes, one can deduce that for the surface to be torn off as pictured, a push/pull action would have to occur. The card being "stuck" would fit the criteria. Though this is definitely a very "bad look" since it was posted by Nat Turner, it isn't the first time something like this has been posted. However, if you believe that it's a conspiracy, more power to you, do your thing and remember to vote tomorrow. |

I've only seen the 1 guy in the video linked in the OP. To be fair, I haven't watched a ton of their stuff. |
