Question on 1989-90 Fleer Basketball Boxes
I have an opportunity to buy a couple of these from a guy I’ve bought quite a few nice slabs from before.
However, the pictures he sent over show the boxes sealed in plastic. These didn’t come sealed, right? Seems like a red flag to me. Any thoughts are appreciated. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
These weren't factory sealed. I'd avoid the box.

I'd worry if they are advertised as factory sealed but even though they didnt come that way, there are non scamming people that just wrap them for protection.

Yeah, he claims he bought them this way back in the day. I've bought legit sealed stuff from him before as well so there is some trust there. He said I can take the seal off and check the packs which I'll do. If it looks at all off I'll avoid. Thanks for the feedback.

Seems like a decent sign. Def check the packs and go from there |
