I noticed this when I bused my 4 cases this week. I recieved 1 Pick back in my first 3 cases and I received 2 in my last case. Has anyone else noticed this

My initial reaction was that it was poor QC. However one of the popular older Scottish releases, from 1973/74, is famous for having a pink tinge to it. See here for examples https://cartophilic-info-exch.blogspot.com/2018/06/a-aab-400abf-51-1-footballers-scottish.html Topps entered into a partnership with A&BC in 1959 and took them over completely in the mid-70s so it's in their portfolio. I wonder if this is some sort of secret nod to that?

Anything is possible with Topps. Their quality control on these cards are horrible, so many of the backs are off center or miss cut. The only thing i do like is this is more of a premium stock card. With this being a first year product I would love to know if the Pink backs are an actual variation or not.

Since I have no idea who is who in this league, My intentions in to run them in bulk lots and If I can get close to my money back I will, go ahead and order another 10-20 cases. If I do this I can guarantee you I will know if its a printing error or not.

I would put it down to quality control. There's different colours and tones all over the place in the new Topps Champions League.

Haaland base for example, there two distinct cards - a normal one, and another in which it looks like he's been under a sun bed for six weeks.

When you're buying (or grading), this is a bug.
When you're selling, this is a feature...a parallel, even.

:)

Here's an example of two vastly different Haalands. Sorry for the quick phone pic.

This is a printing misstate. The printer had the black ink up way to high.
