Definitely vending stickers

Yep prism vending stickers, back in the 90s would find these in vending machines outside Pizza Huts etc.

That link above covers most of it. Search "marvel prism vending sticker" on ebay and you will find comparable results.

They usually go for like $10-15 a piece, which is where I'd put the Archangel. the Captain America will go for somewhat more, maybe $20-$35. That particular one is a "borderless" variant, meaning there is no black border around the letters in the name Captain America.
