What is your favorite beer to drink?

I like Corona with lime

What is yours?

jcardstore 03-09-2022 12:23 PM

I love corona. Definitely my favorite easy drinker.

I'm a big craft drinker and prefer european style beers over IPAs and the like.

My favorite style is either belgian golden or belgian strong

I don’t drink beer regularly anymore.
It’s probably because it’s associated with great times but I love “Man Beer” from the Bull and Bush in Denver. It’s always leading up to a show at Red Rocks amphitheater which is an American Mecca for live music.
Great memories there

Drinking for quantity or quality?

Quantity coors light.

If I’m at the bar having a beer or two I’ll drink whatever. Nitro stouts are really catching on me. Highly recommend them if you can find someone who has them. Nitro Guinness is great compared to regular Guinness.

Coronas give me heart burn. No bueno

Domestic (so say a tailgate) - Miller Lite
Domestic but fancy (let’s say when on the beach in FMB and I want to drink all day) - Corona
Craft that everyone can get - Hmm… I’ll say Bells Two Hearted
Craft local’ish - Fatheads Head Hunter IPA (favorite beer on the planet but it’s not Ohio specific)
Craft local to Ohio - Columbus Brewing Company IPA

I’m sure I’m missing something but that basically covers it

I love a good Stout or Porter though. I just don’t order it at a restaurant often. That’s an at home beer

Columbus has the best Ohio IPAs, imo.

Bodhi and Creeper are amazing

mattglet 03-09-2022 01:41 PM

Quantity - Founders All Day IPA
Quality - Treehouse (from Massachusetts)
After soccer games - Bud Light to rehydrate
Dive bar - Guinness

My beer fridge currently has stuff from (all New England breweries) Treehouse (MA), Burlington Beer Co. (VT), Night Shift (MA), and Rockingham (NH).

I'm a big fan of Creeper

I do like Bodhi, but since I'm such a "draft beer" guy, when I have more choice I don't drink much Bodhi

I do CBC IPA when out and about and Head Hunter when at home

GoTribe!!! 03-09-2022 02:09 PM

This can’t be real

You probably drink that Natty Light strawberry as well

My goodness

Whodatiz 03-09-2022 06:11 PM

Founders Breakfast Stout
Old Rasputin Russian Imperial Stout
Dogfish Head 60 IPA

Just had Three Taverns Midnight Snack (stout/local brewery) when I went to see The Batman. It was delicioso.

I had one once. It wasn’t bad

I just like beer (shocking I know)

asujbl 03-09-2022 06:28 PM

You’ll never convince there is a situation where a seltzer is better than a beer

The beach? I get it… no IPA’s

That’s where Corona comes to play

Same as playing golf… or a tailgate

That’s just me

Don’t fruit the beer

MarcHandelman 03-09-2022 06:47 PM

Guinness in the winter. Brooklyn lagers the rest of the year.

mc1 03-09-2022 09:54 PM

Coors, Dos XX or Blue Moon.

Corona is gross.

MrPresident 03-09-2022 10:02 PM

Modelo is suave!

Bosoxfan5990 03-09-2022 10:09 PM

Honestly? Bud light.

I drank Bud Light during my college years. Switched over to craft beer for the past 6-8 years after college. Just recently went back to Bud Light.

I know I'm not getting a hangover with Bud Light and I essentially know what I'm getting every time I drink one.

THE(NEXT)LEVEL 03-09-2022 10:10 PM

Kilkenny Cream Ale.
