Massive comc blunder.

Just accidently listed a Nick Suzuki YG for $0.98 instead of $98 buyer was

smcomc

If that buyer has a heart I would like that card back. That's a serious mistake.

Feeling sick.

Contact comc. They will get it back for you. I think they give so many pricing error fixes per year.

BaseballKing 09-29-2021 11:49 AM

I hope so. Not had much luck contacting them in the past. Hopefully they respond.

Thanks for giving me a glimmer of hope. It's been a crap week and this topped it off.

Send an email with "Urgent" in the subject line. They'll definitely get the card back for you. Good luck. I've been there.

Knowing COMC delivery experience, they should have time to adjust for a mistake. Market value is market value, I'm sure you can't go buy a car for $10 for a $10,000 car unless their is deception. I know on eBay, they allow you to go back if you made a mistake. I once listed an Emmitt Smith Topps autograph card for $2.00, I meant $200 since that was the going rate even though it was paid for, I was allowed to refund money and notified the buyer of my mistake, he was good with it. I have never listed an error card for years since.

They just got back to me and said they have initiated the reversal. Might take a week but who cares. I really thought I had just flushed $100 down the toilet.

Comc were very quick to respond and super helpful.

Now I can go to sleep.

Thank you comc. And thanks for the replies folks.

Glad you got yours back. I made a mistake like this experimenting with a port sale and emailed them the next day when two cards were sold for a very low price. The customer service person said they couldnt' do anything about it.

Should be fine, PWCC does it all the time

Good stuff. COMC is one of the best companies in the hobby in my opinion.

To me they where ntf s before those existed lol
So many cool cards that I only ever owned scans of. It's really fun to build collections over there.

Looks like it'll work out, that's great. I've actually had good experiences with comc and they've been responsive to me in the past.

I ordered a handful of cards on COMC 1 month ago and they said it won't delivered until mid December. Is a 3 month shipping time standard?

Parkie 10-03-2021 03:07 PM

Yes, if you choose economic delivery 3 month is now the new standard. But i read that it will change to 1 month after black friday.

I requested a shipment about 10 days ago. Delivery date of mid January. I can live with the delay but paying $54 for economy is not great.

Hopefully they can get back to what they once were. They seem to have made some inroads lately. The fact they are starting to reply to emails quickly is a big step in the right direction.

I've said this before: if comc weren't around my involvement in the hobby would be considerably less.

I had a December quote on a Standard sub dropped at the national and it was completed 3 weeks ago.

I requested a shipment last Wednesday that has had the ship ETA move up 5 weeks already.

They're definitely figuring things out slowly but surely.
