To be fair, that ones always mentioned Jordan even in early Beckett’s. I find it funny how much an 04-05 Topps Jalen Rose goes for, though.

That's true but it's only because Miner was once thought to be "baby Jordan". Once his career fizzled out, the value dropped accordingly. I doubt many people anticipated that it would make a comeback almost 30 years later.

Agree that the current prices of the 04-05 Jalen Rose Topps are nuts.
