WATCH OUT FOR feedzeke - STOLE CARD
 

Does anyone know feedzeke on eBay? He won this auction, then claimed I deceived him on the condition of the surface and opened a case with eBay. How can I deceive him when there are subgrades and pictures! eBay of course automatically awarded it to the buyer and refunded the money. He now will not ship back the card and eBay won't help me.

Did you not respond to the claim or refuse it? They require the return before a refund is issued unless you either do not respond or force them to make the decision, never had them to automatically give a refund like that.

I did respond and then all of a sudden get this email a few days later telling me they awarded the refund to the buyer. I called eBay and they said they would forward it to appeals. 5 minutes later appeals kept the decision but acknowledged that I did nothing wrong in my posting. They then sent me a copy/paste on working out a deal with the buyer to get my card back. I am shocked.

Was there any mention of the buyer claiming they could not print the return label? There has been reports of an issues where a buyer will report that and Ebay giving them a full refund.

Some people at eBay are just dumb as bricks man. I had a guy request a refund then ebay closed the case 2 hours later in his favor because he uploaded a tracking number to my town that showed delivered. He then called ebay and had them refund him. Problem was this tracking number was from a week prior to him even buying the item from me. I called eBay and explained and thankfully they refunded me as well, but that guy got a free item because of eBay's stupidity. Hope you can somehow get your money back.
