Post something positive about 2020. We've had enough negativity with the pandemic, unemployment, and now a new variant of the 'Rona........

Stimulus checks...........

Current prices are not sustainable. Don't be caught holding the hot potatoes.

I'm not sure that's positive.

Is it a virus variant or is it an error or a parallel?

It’s nice to have mail coming in all year and this board to keep from going crazy.

It is positive if you sell something for more than usual 👍

2020 forced me to zag and appreciate some things that either

a) I didn't know about
b) I overlooked at one point

I've had a really fun year in the hobby! I'm even buying Paul George stuff again. Wow.

I was able to score retail a handful of times and flipped it into a couple of nice PC cards.

And some Lizzo's.

Hmm positives from 2020...

No one I consider close to me lost their job/income/died from COVID.

I bought some sweet PC stuff courtesy of Bubble performances by players like Gary Trent Jr.

I convinced Deadshot to love PG again.

I can work from home full-time now (at least for the foreseeable future). I consider that to be a huge positive.

This is my favorite so far. Not all of us have been so lucky. I hate Covid!!!!!! Oh, sorry, no hate on this thread. Have to stay positive.

Stimulus checks are actually horrible for us in the long run. Anybody notice the inflation this year (not just basketball cards) since the last round of 'free' money? Increased money supply without productivity is a no-no.

I bought a lot of giannis for 9K, for 15 years , pray for me !!!!

Zero chance this doesn't become political and covid related.


Wish people could just stick to some actual positives.


2020 brought me back into the hobby, particularly basketball and the last month or so in particular has been really fun for me. Cold weather hit in this area around that time and I lost the ability to golf, so turning to the hobby has been a nice new addition.

No argument there. My wife and I were in a laundromat last night and we overheard an old woman talking to another woman on her cell phone (had the speaker turned to max volume) and she said, "you ain't go no job so this round of 'stim-a-lus' checks is free money". I 'bout threw up in my mouth. But, it is what it is. My wife and I were just laughing at "stim-a-lus" checks......

Rumor has it, most of the cool kids have left Blowout to go over to IG.

Personally, this has been the best year ever for me. I cannot complain about anything of significance.

Definitely a lot of ppl have switched over. I think the coolest kids still use both though.
