My 1952 Mantle fresh back from PSA.
 

As a shop, we’ve been working with one of our regulars on this card for about five years now. The gentleman had about 80% of the 1952 set. All raw. He’s finally gotten to the point where he’s just selling his entire collection off piece by piece, I’m guessing this is the last piece that he finally decided to move.

I’m extremely proud to own it, as I’m sure with all of you, it’s a “holy grail card“. I think it’s the finest PSA 2 you may see as the centering is phenomenal. No marks, no pinholes, pretty darn good gloss, some light creasing on the back top right hand corner, nothing insanely significant.....just an overall good looking card.

Anyways, enjoy, I was just excited to show it off.

$1000 to grade that one through PSA? at least you get quick one day turn around.

I bet you were wishing that they would send you the upcharge note which would have made it a 3.5 or higher.

i once saw the 52 Mantle in person, in Las Vegas. One of the top three cards i've ever seen in person.

Registered mail. $25,000 insurance. 5 business days. Pretty hassle free across the board. PSA was on it in less then 48 hours upon delivery. Graded the same day.
