I liked Jaren Jackson Jr's game and felt like he was a bit overlooked in the rookie shuffle of 2018-19, so I started to pick up his cards about a year ago. I know there are some fellow JJJ collectors on the boards, so this is a thread to discuss JJJ and show off whatever you want.

Like JJJ a lot. Just so many rookies to choose from for 2018 that I’ve never picked much up. Love the Flawless vertical.

Agreed, that class is so strong. I tried to pick up a little of everyone, but I really liked JJJ's defensive potential. His uptick in 3-pointers this year was remarkable, so I went a little nuts.

Now is not a bad time to sell. His stuff is on fire right now.

I have picked up quite a few of his cards, however nothing high end. I think the Griz will be a force in the next year or two once these young guys develop more.

I've noticed a handful of people specifically asking for him in the B/S/T section. I may sell some Prizm rookies to finance other purchases (I have over 100), but I'm not ready to unload.

I’m unloading my prizm/select/optic base to fund better buys :)

when you can dump base rookies for $20+ (10x what they were a year ago) and pick up high end stuff that has barely moved, I do that all day every day.

Love JJJ. His stuff seemed to just see a huge bump. Not tempting enough for me to sell though. Really think this kid will be a top 10 player in a couple years. Long term hold for me.

Saw it posted the other day, but I'm tapped out after a couple big purchases. I'm def keeping an eye on it in case the seller has a more realistic price tag.

Pulled it a few months ago. I love the look of Obsidian - I think primarily it reminds me of the old-school UD Black from 2007-08 & 2008-09.

Sent it in to be graded primarily for protection , as the black edges and corners are tough to grade. It's a BGS 9 now.

That flawless vertical RPA is sweet. The BGS case needs to go away but it’s a sweet looking card.
