ticket master
how many of you are still waiting on refunds ? It's been a month for me . they are no longer responding to emails or calls . what a mess !
|
They should refund instead of calling concerts postponed
|
the complaints on facebook is crazy . they better do something fast. I already contacted cc company , and the triple b .
|
I would be patient.
Had a Disney trip booked for last week. Obviously that didn’t happen. Been working with Marriot for 2 weeks for refunds. It has been approved but last we talked to a rep she said expect it to take about 90 days as they are completely overwhelmed with processing and handling the requests. Keep calling, be patient. |
Had tix to take my daughter to see a concert in March. Initially it was changed to June something, now its just is listed as postponed. I'm fine with tickets if they are able to reschedule the event in the same venue. We also have tickets to see a Jurrasic World live thing in June for the kids. I'm curious if that will happen. Both of these were purchased through Ticketmaster.
I had a trip planned to the Monaco Grand Prix next month, which is officially cancelled. The hotel I had booked in Ventimiglia, Italy let me cancel with no penalties. Air France says I can get a flight voucher, and still waiting to hear from the British ticket broker I bought the race tickets from. |

The BBB?? You’d get more accomplished if you threatened to tell the CEO’s mom. |
There's probably millions of refunds being asked for. Be patient. It'll come.
|
Everyone needs to be patient with things right now. There are literally millions of requests for things like this as well as other issues.

This one is brutal for me: Tour announced 03/18. Buy tickets 05/18. Tour starts 01/19. Second leg starts 12/19. Second leg postponed indefinitely due to corona 03/19/20. Birthday was 03/21/20. Concert was 03/24/20. Literally waited over two years and the concert was postponed as they were probably driving Up through California to here when they decided to postpone. Damn virus.
|
Has any been refunded for any February cancellations yet?
|
The best thing to happen would be if ticketmaster goes bankrupt and we were able to buy tickets from the venues without having to use their algorithm to figure out the pricing. It was just recently they said that the price of concerts was to cheap
|
could it be that are are waiting to get the money back from the arenas/stadiums ect
|

That's a great point. Although some teams/arenas use Ticketmaster as their point-of-sale, many don't. |

The tickets I had bought for two events at the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento were through Ticketmaster, being directed there from the Golden 1 Center website. |

Most concerts are through Ticketmaster. Assuming that's what it was for. |
You can always try filing a credit card chargeback

One was JoJo Siwa :doh:for my daughter, although dreading the actual show I was excited to see how thrilled she was going to be. The other is Jurrasic World live for my son (and me) which is in mid June and hasn't been postponed or canceled yet. |
Omg
I would rather go an additional week without sports than see JoJo |
Just got an email from Ticketmaster saying Jurrasic World live was canceled, refund should be seen to credit card within 30 days.

Disney and Southwest were quick. Marriott, not so much. |
Southwest gave me credit basically instantly
StubHub gives the annoying answer of "it's postponed and not cancelled" Well, if it isn't happening within 3 months of the initial date, give the folks back their $ |
