Invalid redemption?
 

Got my first redemption card in 5 years (2020 archives Chris Sale) but the Topps site won’t accept the code. Is this because it’s a new product? Or should I be concerned?

It's because it's a new product. Try again in a week, then one more week before contacting Topps. I see this question pop up regularly.
