i can still be one of the random 5 since it does not specify that anyone deemed inelligible by rule 4 cannot still be one of the random 5

so now you need to come up with a new rule to cover this.

however, i am grandfathered in, since at the time of my inellegibility by rule 4, there was no provision in rule 6 to keep me out of the running for the prize

whatcha gonna do about that?????

plus you are not moderating that rule, so you may not have ever known i past the 10 post limit had i not followed the honor system and told you

so that should also count in my favor

Yeah this won't last long in this section. I'm pretty sure I was the one who reported the last time to get it moved. These are the dumbest contests ever.

If you want to give away something, give away something. Don't make people jump thru hoops like it's your own personal circus to do so.
