Anyone dealt with this eBayer before? Absolutely ridiculous..
 

Hey guys, so I bought a Kobe off this guy, and paid within 5 mins on 27/8. Sent him a message on 30/8 on updated status and guess what reply I got from him. Anyone knows who’s this guy is?

To be honest I have never faced this kind of situation in my 15 years of eBay. The same card now is being relisted. Absolutely stunning.

Well I paid him and he said he won’t ship the item, in a very “nice” way. I mean wtf ?

If he is trying to get more money, he can cancel the transaction but not get me paid and told me item won’t be shipped. It’s straight fraud right there!

Negative mate. I use a US delivery address as primary delivery address, so all US sellers know they are shipping to US when they saw my won auctions.

You can see the way he replied me in the screenshots I attached. And up until now, I haven't got his response after I asked him "are you serious?"

I would escalate this to an complaint with eBay. He clearly relisted it, so he can’t say it was sold or there was a problem. I don’t see any possible excuse that would hold up. I’d like to see how eBay handles it. I don’t expect much from them, but seeing how they tend to favor the buyer and any sort of $$ coming their way, maybe they’ll actually ding his account. He’s certainly had other complaints.

My only guess is that IF this is the guy, the finance guy, he took offense to “Hey Buddy”, as in you weren’t being respectful to him, and his inflated ego got all upset. You were meaning it n a friendly way, and he took it as insulting.
