brandonscards1 eBay return claim: 2017 Bowman Acuna BGS 10/10 "ordered by mistake"
Sold gold acuna for $3000 best offer on 4/20.
Just got a return request (5/13) ”ordered by mistake" from his "mother". I can decline the return outright, correct? What, if any further problems could I be looking at? It was shipped Priority with Signature confirmation and according to tracking was picked up in person at their local post office. |

The buyer could always go to PayPal and force it, but anytime I’ve ever had a message from a buyer like that I’ve gotten the return overturned. If you accept returns it is likely a toss-up and dependent on the representative you get. |
Decline return.

If they didn't file as SNAD you should be okay via the ebay claim process. Good luck!
|
was it raw?
|
I’d accept the return and sell it for 3500, you let this go way too cheap.

I did.
If they didn't file as SNAD you should be okay via the ebay claim process. Good luck!
It was an ordered by mistake claim.
was it raw?
BGS 10/10 Pristine Auto
I’d accept the return and sell it for 3500, you let this go way too cheap.
Not disagreeing with you but I'm good with the sale. No telling how this person would return the card. And factoring in fees and recharges. Not interested in another headache down the road. |
The buyer is on instagram, he's a kid who spent a ton of money on cards within the last month and is now having buyers remorse. He is trying to return a ton of the items he bought, should be no problems on the return if you want to do that but it is absolutely buyers remorse on his part.
|
Depending on how it was paid for the buyer can still open a claim via PayPal n thAt is what is most likely coming even if n after u decline a return request on eBay. Apparently the person who bought a ton of cards in the last month is returning them all. Rather, his mother is. Good luck as I know many will be dealing w this. Call Pp just to ensure you know what if any steps can be taken to protect yourself.

If you state you take them you take them for any reason, if you don't then you can decline it, but they can always turn to Paypal or their CC company. |

Yep. You are correct. The dude is on instagram. User name is brandoncards1. Apparently he is a teen who’s dad is VERY rich. Ended up spending over 200k on cards. And is now returning all of it.

This cat is live on IG right now?
LOL |
I would just return. If you don’t, he will just say it’s damaged and return the card. As a buyer he will usually have them on his side. The process is broken but just block him and move on.

Already done. Don't think you can open up a second return claim after the first one had been closed.
This cat is live on IG right now? LOL
Anyway to save this video stream? I don't Instagram. |
From the looks of his page, his mom has a lot of work to do.
