Ok, so I was fortunate enough to get two boxes of the FOTL Prizm, and I busted them Thursday when I received them and I hit a silver Jayson Tatum. Obviously I wanted to sell quick as he is super hot and there weren't many available yet. So I listed Thursday night. I got several offers and countered several, and Mintskoaly accepted. No payment Thursday night, no payment Friday, I sent a payment reminder Saturday, no payment or communication. I thought I had seen his name on here, so I searched and sure enough he is, and has a thread of selling some 2017 Prizm here [URL]https://www.blowoutforums.com/showthread.php?t=1169762[/URL]

So, I messaged him here as well and asked if he could pay for the Tatum. No response, messaged him again Sunday on here and Ebay, so response. Opened up an unpaid case Sunday, still no response. Messaged him again today and he responds with this: Hi , please cancel the order and sell to someone else. Had to leave home on business and won’t be there for 2 weeks.

He responds to my next message with this : Can’t cancel , file a non paying bidder. Sell it to someone else. I’ll take the hit.

So bottom line, I think he regrets the price he accepted at and wants out of the deal, but it kind of screws me as maybe I wouldn't have gotten $470, but I bet I would have gotten $425 (had offers around that, can't remember exactly) and I have to deal with messaging him several times and opening a case, canceling, etc. Just FYI for all.....by the way, if I cancel the sale do I get a fee credit, or do I have to wait 3 more days?

Invalid user ID when I try to add it to my blocked list. I knew the name looked familiar from the title. Sucks that people do this crap

Yes you will get your fees back but let him take the strike. People have setting set who may not see this that blocks bidders with 2 or more strikes. So you'll be helping even more people avoid this.

So I just have to let it ride 3 more days? It looks like he has 4 days after I open the case to pay, is that right?

Someone direct him here............he's got some splainin to do........

He never responded to the other thread so I don't think hes going to come here and explain either.

Pretty much yes.

If you want to risk it you can relist it ahead of time but that leaves him open to retaliate if he pays and you already sold it. But if it's a hot item it might be worth it.

This is the reason i have Non pay claim set to the initial 48 hours.
Just have it set automatically, problem solved for future items.

Wowww surprise, he didn't pay for my Tatum Silver either and has not responded at all......

FYI, Mintskoaly messaged me today attempting to follow through with the purchase, however I had already sold the card to another buyer. Just for everyone's information.

You’re right I didn’t offer him. Matt doesn’t know how to talk to people and accused me of scamming him :rolleyes:. Then told me i didn’t have the money to pay....:rolleyes: I asked JCC if I pay can he hold it for a week until I get home.

I'm surprised that he has no negative itrader
