eBay buyer to block: bluetoon001
 

Sold this guy a 2017 Bowman Aaron Judge gold ref auto BGS 10 on July 17th. Received the item not as described claim this AM shortly after another BGS 10 did $1350. He paid a little more than 2x on the 17th.

His dispute comments:

"Hi. You sold me this as a BGS 10 with 10 Corners. The upper right corner is clearly bent / damaged inside the case making this a 9.5. I don't understand how this ever got to be a BGS 10 with that obvious corner dent. I have pics if you need, showing the upper right front corner ding if you need. The ding is really obvious. I want a full refund. Thank you." :doh::doh:

Luckily the card is graded and the scan provided was crystal clear (attached).

Block this loser!

I am hoping the same. I stated that it had been a month, buyers remorse, etc. Also provided a scan of the card he bought as well as a pic of the one that ended last night. Highlighted the sale price as well as the time that it ended, showing how close his case was to the other ending.

Ha! Sounds like someone has buyers remorse after Judge's slump. You should be good as it's hard to dispute the condition of a graded card.

I've bought from him in the past and recognized the user name right away. Super slow shipping! Would take more than a week before even dropping off at post office!

What a doofus. Ive had buyers back out on judge recently as well. Theres people here who have actually... the one guy told me he didnt want my psa 10 because he already had bgs 9.5 of the same card. Then why did you bid on it??? He probably coste me $100.

Hi. The card you sold me is NOT a BGS 10. The corner damage on this card makes this NOT a BGS 10. How you got BGS to give you a "10" on the corners is beyond me. But, yeah, I'm not paying for this if it's not a true BGS 10.

I sent these to PayPal and added it to my claim. Thanks for the thread!

Should've noticed this a month ago. His complaint should be with BGS not with the seller. The seller sold him the card as described and that's what he got. If he doesnt agree, why don't you send it in for a reslab so they can change the overall grade to 9.5 from a 10. As the homie BHenry says, GTFO loser!!!

That is why you buy the card and NOT the grade. Besides, you bought the other one for cheaper, otherwise you wouldn't be trying to get a refund now after almost a month.
